The ability to download media from your Studio media library is useful if you've deleted, misplaced, and can't find a piece of content in your computer or local files. You can download content that is stored within your ScreenCloud account at any time by following the steps below.

Please note before getting started that if you're using any pop-up blockers that you might have trouble downloading the content. We also recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox when navigating ScreenCloud's website, you can learn more about the best browsers to use with ScreenCloud here.

1. Get started by visiting your "Media Library".

2. Mouse over and click on any piece of content you want to save on your computer. Please note, only images, videos, and media you've uploaded to ScreenCloud can be saved. You can't save app configuration files or backup data for services you've set up in your Media Library. Please follow the steps below for saving images and videos to your computer:

i) Images and graphics: Once you click on an image or graphic, you're greeted to a preview and the "Download" button. Click on download which will download the image/video directly to your computer or device, usually to your "Downloads" folder automatically.

ii) Videos: click on any video file and hover over the video in the left-hand preview to display a three-vertical dots menu button, click here and select the "Download" option that appears on your screen. This will download the video directly to the "Downloads" file on your computer or device automatically.

Please note, there is currently not an option to bulk download all files from your Media Library onto your computer. Our team is working on developing this enhancement in the near future as an upcoming feature for ScreenCloud digital signage.
