Why Are My Screens or Content Missing After Login?

If you are missing screens or content after login, you may be in the wrong organization or not added to a group. Follow the steps from this article to resolve your issue.

Updated yesterday

If you’ve logged in to ScreenCloud and don’t see any screens, content, or options (other than your user profile), don’t worry, this is usually caused by one of the situations below and can be fixed quickly.

If you accidentally created a new ScreenCloud account

This can happen if you signed up again instead of logging in, especially when using the same email address. The new account will be a trial account and won’t contain your existing screens, channels, or content.

How to check and fix this

  1. Click your user profile on the bottom left corner.

  2. Select Switch organization.

  3. Select the other organization you see listed, as the current one you are in will be greyed out.

  4. Contact ScreenCloud Support and ask for the duplicate trial account to be removed.

Once you’re switched into the correct organization, your screens and content should reappear.

If you were invited but not assigned to a group

If you accepted an invitation and can only see a My Account page, it usually means you haven’t been added to a group yet. Groups control which spaces, screens, and content a user can access. Without a group, your account will appear empty.

How to fix this

  • Contact the person who invited you or your account owner or admin and ask them to assign you to a group.

  • Once you’re added to a group, you’ll automatically gain access to the relevant spaces and content.

  • If you’re unsure who invited you or who manages your account, ScreenCloud Support can help identify this for you.
