If you’ve logged in to ScreenCloud and don’t see any screens, content, or options (other than your user profile), don’t worry, this is usually caused by one of the situations below and can be fixed quickly.
If you accidentally created a new ScreenCloud account
This often happens if you accidentally select "Sign Up" instead of "Log In" when returning to ScreenCloud. Even if you use the same email address, this can trigger a brand-new Trial Account that will not contain your existing screens, channels, or content.
How to check and fix this
Open Profile Settings: Click your user profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
Switch Organizations: Select Switch Organization from the menu.
Select the Correct Account: You will see a list of organizations. The one you are currently in will be greyed out; select the other organization listed to return to your original account.
Verify Content: Once you have switched, your screens and content should reappear immediately.
Cancel the duplicate account: Provide the details of the duplicate account to ScreenCloud Support and ask them to remove the duplicate account. This will ensure you don't log in to it by accident in the future.
If you were invited but not assigned to a Group
If you have accepted an invitation but can only see the My Account or Account Settings pages, you likely haven't been assigned to a Group yet. In ScreenCloud, Groups control your permissions and determine which Spaces, Screens, and content you can access. Without a group assignment, your account will appear empty.
How to fix this
Contact your Admin: Reach out to the person who invited you, or your Account Owner, and ask them to assign your user profile to a Group.
Refresh your View: Once you have been added to a group, you will automatically gain access to the relevant Spaces and content. You may need to refresh your browser to see the changes.
