There are a few different ways to request or create custom apps, features, or integrations for ScreenCloud. You’ll learn how to build your own solution using our APIs and developer tools, work with our Professional Services team on a fully custom Enterprise solution, or submit feedback directly to our product team.
Option 1: Build it yourself
If you’d like to connect your own services or build a custom app for ScreenCloud, we provide a range of tools and documentation to help you get started.
You can build an app from scratch using our developer and API documentation, or customize your content using one of our flexible, prebuilt apps. These options allow you to tailor how content is connected and displayed on your screens.
Use our APIs to build custom applications or integrations that connect ScreenCloud with your own systems and services.
A highly customizable app that allows you to build dynamic screen content using data from APIs, scripts, and external sources, without needing to create a full app from scratch.
Enables real-time updates by triggering screen content changes based on events from your systems, such as alerts, status updates, or workflow actions.
Option 2: Let ScreenCloud build It
If you require a fully tailored solution, ScreenCloud offers custom development through our Professional Services team. This service is available with an upgrade to the Enterprise subscription plan.

If you are looking for a fully tailored solution, we offer custom development through our Professional Services team. This service becomes available with an upgrade to the enterprise subscription plan. If you are already on this plan, you can fill in this form with your request.
Option 3: Send feedback to our product team
If you’d like to request a digital signage service that isn’t currently available as an app or integration in ScreenCloud, you can submit feedback directly to our product team.
To do this, navigate to Support > Give Feedback (located just above your username in the bottom-left corner of the ScreenCloud menu), or submit your request using this product feedback form.
When submitting feedback, be sure to include the name of the app or service you’re requesting, along with as much detail as possible about your use case. Explaining why you need the service, how it will support your business, and the type of content you’d like to display will help make your request more impactful.
Please note that more popular requests are more likely to be considered for future development. However, this process may take time and does not guarantee that the app or integration will be built.
Before submitting a request, we recommend reviewing the apps and integrations currently available to ensure a suitable solution doesn’t already exist.
