What plugs does a ScreenCloud OS device come with?
ScreenCloud OS devices are shipped with interchangeable universal plugs (AUS, EU, UK and US) for the power adapter. If your device arrived without these, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Minimum order auantities for certain regions
For international shipments, such as orders shipped directly to certain countries, a minimum order quantity may apply. For example, shipping ScreenCloud OS hardware devices to some regions requires a minimum order of 5 units due to shipping costs. Always check the specific requirements for your location before placing an order. You can check the ScreenCloud OS Store page to see which locations and countries do not have this limitation.
How can you use a ScreenCloud OS device?
To get started with a ScreenCloud OS device, you'll need two things: a display to connect the hardware to, and an active ScreenCloud account and subscription. The subscription is required to pair your screen and manage it through your ScreenCloud account. Setting up your ScreenCloud account first is essential, as it creates the paired billing account used for hardware orders.
