Can I Make Changes to My Dashboard Login Journey?

Yes, you can perform this with the Re-Record Journey for Dashboards. This will replace all existing instances of the same Dashboard in your playlist, channel and on-screen. However, only the original creator of the Dashboard can make these changes.
