  2. What device are you using? Please provide make, model or generation number.

  3. If the issue is with a paired screen, please provide its name.

  4. What app, service, or content do you have any questions or issues with?

  5. What is your internet connection - Does it have a firewall in place? How far is your router to the device you're using for ScreenCloud? Is the internet connection strong?

  6. Send in any screenshots of the issue.
