How often Dashboard data updates ultimately depends on the dashboard or website that displays the data and whether or not it automatically updates/refreshes its pages once they have been displayed.

Generally speaking, your dashboard will refresh every 5 minutes, provided that the Dashboard data has been updated within the website being used. Please note that it is not recommended to use dashboards dynamically, and we advise that one uses Links, the Embed app, or the Playgrounds app instead.

If the website is not self-updating, and its pages need to be refreshed to receive data updates, then the customer can (as a workaround) set the Session Refresh Rate (under the Manage Session step in the configuration, shown below) to an appropriate value. By default, this setting is set to 10 minutes, so your Dashboard will refresh every 10 minutes at a minimum.
