Information on changes to the OneDrive Gallery app for ScreenCloud and how this affects your app instances

Updated over a month ago

We would like to inform you of upcoming maintenance for the OneDrive Gallery app for ScreenCloud, which will take place on November 22nd, 2024. See below to understand how this impacts your OneDrive Gallery app instances.

The app improvements

The improvements we’re making to the OneDrive Gallery app focus on enhancing file management. Moving forward, all OneDrive app instances within Studio will need to be linked to a OneDrive folder, rather than an individual file. Any individual files currently connected to OneDrive Gallery app instances will no longer be supported. This change will simplify file management for our users.

Which app instances are affected?

If you have connected the OneDrive Gallery app to an individual or set of image files or video, and not to a folder, this app instance will be affected.

How can I resolve this?

To ensure there is no disruption with your OneDrive Gallery app instances, please perform one of the following options:

Any OneDrive Gallery app instance that is left that is not connected to a folder will no longer work and be removed automatically.
