Launched on August 23, 2021, ScreenCloud OS is a custom Linux-based operating system designed to provide the best digital signage experience with ScreenCloud. Unlike other operating systems, when you turn on a device powered by ScreenCloud OS, it boots up and just runs ScreenCloud. There is no need to install anything on the device – just connect it to your network and it will work. It is as simple as that. Deployment is simplified through quick and secure methods such as loading device configurations from a USB flash drive, making it much easier and faster to roll out large or geographically distributed fleets of digital signage devices.

ScreenCloud OS also has a powerful remote device management console, available for Pro plan members, that lets you control all of your devices no matter where they are. This allows you to do things like check on their current status, alter their network configuration, reboot them, and much more.
