What is a MAC address?
A Media Access Control address (MAC address) is a six group of two hexadecimal digits, separated by hyphens, colons, or without a separator, used to uniquely identify each device on a network.

How to Access the ScreenCloud OS Side Menu to View your MAC Address

1.1. First, start up your ScreenCloud OS device by plugging in the power source. Then connect an attachable mouse via the USB port on your ScreenCloud OS device.

1.3. Next, use the mouse to select the "Settings icon" at the top right corner of the screen to reveal the side menu.

The side menu allows you to see your MAC address, Hostname, along with the OS version, device ID number, type of network connection, and the performance of the device.

The side menu also allows you to reload the device. To reload the ScreenCloud OS device, select the "Reload" button using an attachable mouse. Your device should refresh and continue playing the content on the screen.
