To stay informed about any service outages or scheduled maintenance for ScreenCloud, you can subscribe to updates from the ScreenCloud Status page. By subscribing, you’ll receive notifications in real-time whenever there’s a change to the status of ScreenCloud services, so you’re always in the know.
Steps to Subscribe to the ScreenCloud Status Page
1. Visit the ScreenCloud Status Page by opening your internet browser and going to https://status.screencloud.com.
2. Click Subscribe on the top right corner of the page.
3. Select your preferred way to receive updates:
Email
RSS
Slack - Paste command into a Slack channel (Learn more here)
/feed subscribe https://status.screencloud.com/rss/feed
Microsoft Teams - Paste in RSS connector in Microsoft Power Automate (Learn more here)
4. Subscribe by email or insert the link into your preferred communication system.
You will now be notified each time there is an outage with a ScreenCloud service or if there is upcoming or undergoing maintenance

By subscribing to the ScreenCloud Status page, you’ll get notified instantly whenever:
• There’s a temporary outage or issue with ScreenCloud's services.
• Scheduled maintenance is planned which may impact service availability.
• Resolutions to issues or important system updates are implemented.
Understanding the ScreenCloud Status Page
The site header provides a link to login into Studio, contact support, and, most importantly, Subscribe to the ScreenCloud Status Page
The status information that you see on the page is the status history of the following sections of ScreenCloud and what areas of the service it concerns.
Studio - ScreenCloud's content management system: Channels, playlists, media, etc.
Screens - Paired Screens and the ScreenCloud player.
Apps - App integrations and Dashboards.
The status for each day is depicted by three colors and tracks back to 90 days ago. By hovering your mouse over a color bar, you can see the status for that specific day.
Green: No incident experienced on that day.
Orange: Service issue incident experienced on that day, including resolution time.
Blue: Maintenance occurred on that day.
Below the status bar information, you can find additional information on existing, upcoming, and previous incidents.

How to Unsubscribe from the ScreenCloud Status Page
In the email sent to you notifying you that you have subscribed, click the Unsubscribe button.
