1. What is Single Sign-On (SSO) and which services are available?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a user authentication session service that allows users to manage one set of login credentials to access multiple services or applications. For example, this is useful and commonly used for security purposes across organizations, enterprise companies, or individuals to help minimize using multiple login credentials. It gives you the convenience and flexibility to manage quick access to websites and resources using one sign-in method.

ScreenCloud uses secure services like auth0 and we currently support the following:

To learn how to set up SSO for your organization, please see Setting Up Single Sign-On (SSO) for Your ScreenCloud Account.

2. Is there any additional cost for SSO and set up?

SSO is an extra add-on feature for your ScreenCloud account that comes available on the Enterprise subscription plan. Please contact us here to connect with a member of our team for pricing information and setup.

3. How to use SSO to sign into ScreenCloud

Once your account has been set up for SSO login by your team or with the help of ScreenCloud support, there are three different ways you can log in:

3.1. Sign in using your service provider

You can access ScreenCloud directly through your service provider's website which you've set up SSO with. For this example, we'll walk through how to do this using the service Microsoft Azure.

3.1.1. Get started by visiting your service provider's website and log in with your email address.

3.2.5. Next, log into your service provider's account. Please note, if you're having any issues signing into your service provider's account, we recommend to first troubleshoot with your email administrator. If you've confirmed no issues internally with the account, please reach out to [email protected] with your account information for more help.
