How to update to the latest version of ScreenCloud OS using a pre-prepared micro SD with the SD Updater tool card provided by ScreenCloud’s support team.

Before you start, make sure you have a space to work in, your ScreenCloud OS device with a display ready, and a pre-prepared micro SD card with the latest version of ScreenCloud OS

1. Remove the power cable from your device to turn your device off.

2. Insert the pre-prepared micro SD card into the micro SD card slot. You’ll want to bend the W-iFi antenna down in order to access the micro SD card slot more easily.

3. Plug the power cable into your device to turn your device on.

4. Once you turn your device on, you should see on your display that the update process has started.

5. When the update process is complete you will see a message at the bottom that says Update complete and Remove SD-card now.

6. As the update process is complete, remove the power cable from your device to turn your device off.

7. Next, remove the micro SD card from the micro SD card slot by pushing it in so that it pops out.

8. Once the micro SD card is removed, plug in the power cable into your device to turn your device on.

9. Your device will turn on and should start up and show your content correctly on your display.
