Which devices do not support zone layouts?
All supported devices that can run ScreenCloud support the Zone Layout feature, except for the below devices:
Chromecast gen 1, 2, and 3 and Chromcast Ultra
1st Generation Amazon Fire TV Stick
Which devices support portrait or vertical orientation?
All supported devices that can run ScreenCloud support portrait or vertical orientation except for the below devices:
Chromecast gen 1, 2, and 3 and Chromcast Ultra
1st Generation Amazon Fire TV Stick
Please also note that these devices are no longer compatible since the upgrade from ScreenCloud Signage to Studio in 2022, as they lack the necessary specs to run the more modern features necessary for digital signage.
