How to purchase a ScreenCloud OS device
The best way to buy a ScreenCloud OS device is through the ScreenCloud Store here. Alternatively, you can reach out to your customer service manager who will assist you every step of the way or answer any inquiries you may have.

What plugs does a ScreenCloud OS device come with?
ScreenCloud OS devices are shipped with interchangeable universal plugs (AUS, EU, UK and US) for the power adapter. If your device arrived without these, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
Minimum order quantities for certain regions
For international shipments, such as orders shipped directly to certain countries, a minimum order quantity may apply. For example, shipping ScreenCloud OS hardware devices to some regions requires a minimum order of 5 units due to shipping costs. Always check the specific requirements for your location before placing an order. You can check the ScreenCloud OS Store page to see which locations and countries do not have this limitation.
Shipping to multiple locations
You can ship hardware to more than one location. Place a separate order for each location so each shipment gets its own invoice.
For each location, you’ll need the shipping address and a contact name. You can order through the ScreenCloud OS Store, or send the details for each location to your Customer Success Manager or Account Manager if you have one.
If you’re ordering for a region with a minimum of 5 devices, the minimum applies to each shipping address, not your total order. Each address in that region needs at least 5 devices, and the minimum can’t be split across addresses.
How can you use a ScreenCloud OS device?
To get started with a ScreenCloud OS device, you'll need two things: a display to connect the hardware to, and an active ScreenCloud account and subscription. The subscription is required to pair your screen and manage it through your ScreenCloud account. Setting up your ScreenCloud account first is essential, as it creates the paired billing account used for hardware orders.
