With Screen Notes, you can leave simple post-it-like notes alongside your screens in Studio, which are visible to everyone in your Studio team. The freeform note box also reveals the author and the time the note was made.
There are two different ways you can add notes to your screens:
a) You can click the screen’s options button (the three dots) and click the Note button to begin writing your note for your screen.
As you begin writing your text, you'll notice that a time stamp will appear, along with your name as the author.
The text you write saves immediately, and the first segment of this note will appear next to it's screen.
If you ever need to view the whole note, simply click the yellowed note text.
b) Alternatively, you can add a note by clicking the Add notes button when viewing an individual screen.
As as soon as you begin writing your text, you'll notice that a time stamp is created and the note will display that you are the author.
There is not need to click save as you create your note, as the written text is automatically and immediately saved.
When the note is no longer needed, a simple hit of the Remove button will delete the note from the screen.
