If you ever come to a situation where you need to change the device of your screen, where you might be replacing the hardware due to its age or you are upgrading to a better model, you can use the Replace Device option to transfer your screen license over to your new replacement device. See the two methods of replacing a screen below.

Please make sure to have your new screen and the ScreenCloud player running on the replacement device and showing the pairing code, as this will be needed to perform the change. Not sure how to set up ScreenCloud on a device and show the pairing code? Please see An Introduction to ScreenCloud: How to Use ScreenCloud for Digital Signage to learn how to do this.

Please also note that you can perform the Replace Device action even with an Offline screen.
