1. Devices with chrome device management licenses
1.1. If you are an enterprise user and your devices are managed, please go to your Google Admin Console, and select Google Admin Menu menu (top left) > Devices > Chrome > and eventually Devices.
1.2. If you have your device in an Organizational Unit, please select the one that contains your Chrome device(s). Otherwise you can simply click your device and move to step 1.4. below.
1.3. Select your Chrome device within your Organizational Unit.
1.4. Scroll down to Kiosk app info to find ScreenCloud player version number.
2. Devices without Chrome devices management licenses
2.1. For those without Chrome device management license, you need to reboot your device and when you see the launch screen below please press Ctrl + Alt + S to switch to Chrome OS:
2.2. You may need to log into your Chrome account that the device was set up with. Then open your Chrome browser and type Chrome://extensions
2.3. Scroll down to ScreenCloud to see the player version number.
If you haven't entered Chrome OS for a long time and there has been a player version update in the past, Chrome may open the ScreenCloud app which resides in Chrome OS. Please move your mouse to the top right of the screen and minimize the window, then close the app to continue working in Chrome OS.
2.4. If you don't see ScreenCloud in the list of extensions, please move your mouse to the Launcher menu in the bottom left of the screen and click on it:
2.5. Right-click on ScreenCloud App icon and click on App info:
2.6. You will see the version number here:
