Amazon Devices
1. Open the ScreenCloud Player on your Amazon device.
2. Using your Amazon remote, click on the "Settings" button which appears as three horizontal lines.
3. Under "Build Version" is the player version information.
Android TV/Box Devices
1. Open the ScreenCloud Player on your Android TV/Box device.
2. Using your Android remote, toggle to the right or click enter to prompt the right-hand ScreenCloud menu.
3. Under "Build Version" is the player version information.
Android Smartphone/Tablet Devices
1. Open the ScreenCloud Player app on your Android device.
2. Swipe from the right of your touchscreen to the left to prompt the right-hand ScreenCloud menu.
3. Scroll down the menu under "Build Version" for the player version information.
Chrome Devices
iOS Device
1. Visit the "App Store" on your iOS device.
2. Search for the "ScreenCloud Player" app or review your downloaded apps to find the ScreenCloud Player. Click on the icon for the app to view more information.
3. From here, under "Version History" you can view the most recent version of the app. If your app says "Update" instead of "Open" in blue - this means you don't have the latest version and need to update your ScreenCloud Player.
4. You can also click on "Version History" to review all updates made in the past if you'd like as well.
Please note, you currently can't access the player information from the right-hand ScreenCloud menu while using the ScreenCloud Player app. Our team is working on releasing this enhancement for the iOS Player in the future.
macOS Devices
1. Open the ScreenCloud Player app on your macOS device.
2. Click anywhere on the screen while the app is open to prompt the right-hand ScreenCloud menu.
3. Under "Player Information" is the player version information.
Windows Devices
1. Open the ScreenCloud Player app on your Windows device.
2. Click anywhere on the screen while the app is open to prompt the right-hand ScreenCloud menu.
3. Under "Player Information" is the player version number.
