1. Click on the home button using your Amazon remote.

2. From here, navigate in the upper menu and click the "Settings" option.

3. From your settings, scroll to the right with your remote and click on "Device".

4. While viewing your "Device" settings, click on "About" and you'll see the operating system information.

Please note, the following instructions can vary between models of Android TV/Box devices. We recommend referring to the manual or online instructions for your brand or model of television on how to find the operating system information specifically if you're unable to find any information regarding the operating system from your TV settings.

Additionally, the TV could be a non-smart device that is being powered with apps by a media dongle (i.e. Amazon Fire TV Stick, ASUS Chromebit, etc.) plugged into the HDMI port behind the television which is powering the ScreenCloud app. If this is the case you won't be able to find operating system information if the television isn't a smart TV device.

4. Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll see which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook is using.

To find the iOS version installed on your device, go to Settings > General > About. You can reference Apple's support article here on how to find your iOS version for more information.

You can find out the version of LG webOS your display is running in the ScreenCloud player menu.

With the ScreenCloud LG webOS Signage player running, you can click S.MENU on the LG TV remote to open the player's side menu. The Build version will display the ScreenCloud player version, and the device's OS version will be under webOS version.

From the Apple menu  in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You'll see the macOS name, such as macOS Mojave, followed by its version number. If some product or feature requires you to know the build number as well, click the version number to see it. You can reference Apple's support article here on how to find your macOS version for more information.

To find out the SCOS version of your Station P1 device, please check this by turning the device off and back on again. On startup you will see what version of SCOS the device is running.

You can also check this via the side menu of your device by attaching a mouse to their SCOS device and clicking the settings button in the top right corner to open the side menu.

To find out which version of Windows your device is running, press the Windows logo key + R, type winver in the Open box, and then select OK.
