How to Set Up Your Arrow Seneca BlueFin Signboard with ScreenCloud

The Arrow Seneca BlueFin is a great digital signage powered by Windows 10 signboard, with a sleek and lightweight design available in sizes ranging from 10 to 34 inches. Thanks to its pre-installed Maestro application, setting up the Seneca BlueFin with ScreenCloud is quick and easy, providing a great out-of-the-box experience.
Additionally, the signboard supports remote device management (RDM) capabilities and can be used with Arrow Seneca's own RDM software xConnect for optimal compatibility with the device.


1. How to set up your Arrow Seneca BlueFin signboard

1.1. First, unpack your Arrow Seneca signboard and power it on using the provided power supply.


1.2. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the signboard's language, time zone, and Wi-Fi or wireless network settings.


1.3. Once the signboard is set up, you can use the Maestro app to quickly download the ScreenCloud app.

1.4. To do this, search for the Maestro app in the search bar or select the Maestro app on the home screen.

1.5. On the left-hand side of the control panel, scroll down until you see "ScreenCloud" in the list of available software.


1.6. Select the "ScreenCloud Install" button to start the download and installation process. ScreenCloud will automatically begin downloading, this should only take a minute or two.


​​1.7. When the app starts up for the first time, you will have the option to launch the ScreenCloud Player app every time the system starts up. If you prefer this, select the option to "Start at boot". If you're not sure what to do yet, don't worry, you can change this later in the settings menu.

1.8. Once the ScreenCloud app is installed, you should see your unique pairing code. Great! now you are ready to pair your signboard to your ScreenCloud account.

2. How to pair your signboard with your ScreenCloud account

Using the custom pairing code displayed on your signboard, log into your ScreenCloud account here on your computer's web browser.

Once you log into your account, select the "New Screen" button on the top right corner, input the unique pairing displayed on your signboard, and enter the name of your device.

3.1. How to disable notifications

3.1.1. How to silence your notification alerts

First, locate your Settings and then find Notifications & Actions and select the option to "OFF".

3.1.2. How to silence notifications from one specific app

Open the "Notifications & Actions" settings again and scroll down until you can see the “Get notifications from these senders” list and select which apps you would like to silence.

Note that silencing the apps below will only work for core apps within the Windows operating system. For custom apps, you will have to disable notifications from within the app itself.

3.2. How to disable auto log-in

Disabling auto log in will allow the device to power on and automatically resume all device functions without having to provide a password every time.


3.2.1. Open Settings and locate "Accounts".

3.2.2. Select "Sign-in Options" located on the sidebar. Under the "Password" section, select change, and type in your current password to verify you are the current user.

3.2.3. Select Next and skip the new password creation to remove the password entirely.
