How to share your Dashboard between Spaces in Studio

In Studio, head to your Dashboards tab to view the Dashboards set up in your account, and find the Dashboard that you wish to share with another space. As you hover the mouse over your Dashboard, click the 3 dots button to find the Share option.

New to using Dashboards? Please see the guide on How to set up a ScreenCloud Dashboard here.

The share option will open up a window displaying all of the spaces in your account. You can choose to Share All or simply pick one or a few spaces to share your Dashboard with. Simply click on the toggles to enable the sharing, where they will appear as yellow when enabled.

You’ll get confirmation that your Dashboard is being shared by the share icon that will appear on the top left corner of the Dashboard's thumbnail.

If you head to the space that the Dashboard was shared with, you’ll now be able to see the shared Dashboard. All Dashboards shared from another space can be separated from the rest of the Dashboards by clicking the Shared by Others button.
