Grant all permissions:
Selecting this option grants the role of all permissions available and unrestricted access to your ScreenCloud account.
App:
These permissions allow the management of apps, and canvas slides, installed.
App instance:
These permissions allow the management of app instances and canvas slides.
Billing:
These permissions allow the management of billing information and updates.
Bot:
These permissions allow management of user accounts which someone can create that perform user actions through the API only. Please note, these have to be managed the same as a normal user account (e.g. given a group and role) but only exist through the API. For instance, these users will not show on the front-end or account but are managed by the developer tools.
Bot Token:
These permissions allow management to create access tokens for “Bots” (i.e. users created and managed via API).
Channel:
These permissions allow management of your Channels and schedules.
Font:
These permissions, which require org-wide access, allow management for fonts in your account.
Group:
These permissions allow management for groups of users in your account.
Layout:
These permissions allow mthe anagement of zone layouts for your Channels.
Link:
These permissions allow management for sites and links in your account.
Log:
These permissions allow management of your audit logs and account activity.
Media:
These permissions allow the management of content in your Media Library.
Org:
These permissions allow the management of your organization and account settings.
Permission Sets:
This allows management to permissions of roles in your account.
Playback Log:
This permission allows the management of playback logs.
Playlist:
This permission allows the management of your Playlists.
Recycle Bin:
This permission allows the management of the recycle bin for your account.
Screen:
This permission allows the management of your screens.
Site:
This permission allows management for secure sites and private dashboard features.
Space:
This permission allows the management of Spaces (i.e. teams) in your account.
Tag:
This permission allows the management of tags for areas in your account.
Theme:
This permission allows management for themes in your account settings.
Token:
This permission allows management to use the API and developer tools.
User:
This permission allows the management of people in your account.
