Keeping track of what’s happening across your digital signage network is essential for smooth operations. Whether you manage a single screen or hundreds, understanding when changes were made, what content is displaying, and who made updates helps you stay in control and troubleshoot quickly.
ScreenCloud offers three key tools for visibility:
View Activity for individual screens, apps, playlists and channels.
Audit Logs for a full account-wide view of activity.
Proof of Play to verify when and where your content is showing.
These features are especially useful for ScreenCloud account owners and managers who need to monitor changes, ensure accountability, and report on performance.
View Activity: Logs for individual content
If you want to see what happened to a specific screen or item, you can use the View Activity option.
Shows a timeline of changes (e.g., content created, updated, or removed) in a time period of your choosing.
Helps you identify who made edits and when, allowing you to filter by user and remove system logs.
Useful for troubleshooting issues on a single item without sorting through all account activity.
Simply click the options button (3 dot ellipsis) for a screen, app, playlist, or channel and select the View Activity option to see its detailed history.
Audit Logs: Track activity across your account
Audit Logs provide a broader view of what’s happening across your entire ScreenCloud account.
Displays system-wide actions from all users with an ability to export information as a csv file.
Lets you filter by date range, space, user, or type of action (created, updated, deleted).
Ideal for managers who need an overview of all changes, security checks, or internal reporting.
With Audit Logs, you can quickly spot trends, find changes across multiple screens or apps, and maintain accountability across your organization. This feature comes available on all ScreenCloud subscription plans.

Proof of Play: See when and where content displays
Need to know exactly what content played, when it played, and on which screens? That’s where Proof of Play comes in.
Tracks how many times a piece of content has been displayed.
Shows specific times and dates it appeared.
Lists which screens the content ran on.
Great for advertising, internal communications, or compliance reporting.
Proof of Play helps you demonstrate value, confirm scheduled content is running, and provide accurate playback reports to stakeholders or advertisers. This feature comes available on the Pro and Enterprise plans.
