Updated over a month ago

You will need to first turn off the ScreenCloud player app on your Amazon device. To do this, please press the home or back button three times. You will see a notification on your screen informing you that you are shutting down the ScreenCloud player app. Once it has been shut down, please continue below from the Amazon Fire TV Home menu on your Fire TV device.

1. Open your Amazon app and go to Settings

4. Click Screensaver, and scroll down to Start time

5. Disable the start time by clicking Never

After this step, the screensaver should be disabled. Your Amazon app should save these changes automatically and will never go into sleep mode until re-enabled manually in your settings. To enable sleep mode again, just repeat the same process but enable 'start time' and select the duration settings.

If you are not able to find these settings, please contact Amazon's customer service.
