To view your PIXI device's OS version information, open the ScreenCloud player side-menu by clicking the OK or setting (hamburger) button on the device's remote. Find and select More information from the menu to see the device's App information, OS and System details. The PIXI's OS version is listed under OS.

If your PIXI device's OS is still on version 1.0.2, please manually update it's OS as instructed <a href="https://help.screencloud.com/en/articles/10838414-how-to-manually-update-your-screencloud-pixi#h_8f57157b58">here</a>, as over the air updates (OTA) only become available with version 1.2.0 and above.
