With the ScreenCloud player app on your device

Open the ScreenCloud menu within the player application on the device you're using for Digital Signage and select the orientation you want.

To access the ScreenCloud menu, you can: a) Click an icon that appears on the top right corner of the ScreenCloud player app if you are using a mouse cursor or b) click the settings or options button of the device's remote controller while viewing the ScreenCloud player app.

Please note that the ScreenCloud player app sidebar menu will not orient itself to the orientation settings of the player app but instead continue to orient itself to the actual device and screen.

To close the side menu window of the ScreenCloud player app, simply click outside the menu to close.

If you don't see these orientation options or the options are not selectable that means your device doesn't support this feature. Please contact our support team to discuss device recommendations that support different orientation modes at [email protected].
