1. Which premium features and apps are available to me on the Pro Trial?
There is an abundance of new features and apps that you have available to test on your Pro Trial that you are not able to access on the Core plan trial, for example:
Dashboards and Microsoft Power BI app for displaying your company’s confidential dashboards and sites securely
Supported sites
Tableau, Grafana, Salesforce, Google Data Studio, Trello, PowerBi (with the Microsoft Power BI app), Github, Sentry, Proving Ground, JIRA, DataDog, Zendesk and CloudWatch
Where can I find this feature?
You can find Dashboards on the left-hand side of your Studio menu, 6 steps below your Screens. As for the Microsoft Power BI app, this can be found by searching for the app in the Apps section of your Studio account.
Custom Fonts for your channel themes and Canvases
Where can I find this feature?
Under your Account Settings, head to Look & Feel, and then click on the Fonts tab. Click the “Add Fonts” button to upload your fonts.
Custom user permissions for your users and groups
Where is this feature?
Head to "Account Settings" and "Groups & Roles", and click the "Roles" tab. The "New Role" button will open up the customization window that allows you to create your custom group
Embeddable channels for sharing your screen's content outside of ScreenCloud and within your digital workspace
Where is this feature?
Each channel that you create has a share icon.
In the sharing settings window, there is an Embed button. Clicking this button will reveal the Embed code for the channel, which you can copy and paste to wherever you are able to display embedded sources.
Increased data logs and statistics from your Studio account, with Proof of play, QR code metrics, and User Audit Logs
Where is this feature?
Both "Proof of Play" and "User Audit Logs" are found under the Account Settings of your Studio account. "Metrics", however, appears last in the Studio CMS columns, just below Apps.
Screen Notifications emails to monitor the online and offline status of your screens
Where is this feature?
This feature is signified by a small crossed-out bell icon
, which will appear as you view your screen's settings, as well as next to the screen in Screens Manager.
The notification email method of alerting can also be customized to send in groupings or not, under the Notification Grouping setting you find under Account Settings > My Account > Email Preferences.
ScreenCloud Touch interactivity for your touchscreen devices
Where is this feature?
As you view a screen in Studio, click the Settings tab on the right. Scroll down until you see an icon of a hand pointing its finger and the word Touch
. Here is where you can toggle the feature on or off.
New apps with connections to enterprise company platforms
Set up live streams with the ScreenCloud Broadcast app
Share your HR systems news with the Team News app
Display emergency notifications from a Mass Alert Platform with Emergency Alerts app
Connect to enterprise communication platforms such as Awardco, Firstup, Microsoft SharePoint and Viva Engage, and Staffbase.

You'll find all the premium apps in your apps "all apps" library in Studio.
2. What features are limited during the fourteen-day Pro Plan trial?
During your fourteen-day free Pro Plan trial period with ScreenCloud Studio, you have access to use screens, content, all apps, and a selection of premium features as you see fit. However, the system is limited during the trial period to the following:
Screens: there is a 5-screen maximum limit during your free trial period.
People (inviting users): 20 user limit during your free trial period.
Space-Based Billing: This feature is not available
Custom Branding (Whitelisting): This feature is not available
Single Sign-On (SSO): This feature is not available
To unlock limits during the fourteen-day free Pro trial period, please contact our support team at [email protected] or the sales team at [email protected]. Provide us with a reason for requesting the screen or user allowance extension and a member of our team can help increase your trial screen count or user invite limit.
3. How to apply for the fourteen-day free Pro Trial
Please connect with our sales team with this online form, and let them know of your request to trial the Pro Plan.
4. FAQ
I’m reaching the end of the pro trial, but I’ve decided it's not for me. How can I keep my account and activate it with the core plan instead?
Please reach out to the sales agent who activated your Pro Plan trial, and they can help adjust your subscription to the Core Plan before activation. You can also reach out to ScreeenCloud's support team for help with this.
I'm already on the core plan. Is it possible to set it to a pro trial or fourteen days?
Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time. A pro trial can only be created as a new account. However, you do have the ability to request to trial a single premium feature or two for 2 weeks on your core plan, if you are interested in upgrading to the pro plan. Simply reach out to [email protected] with your request.
