ScreenCloud is a digital signage platform built to help businesses easily manage, update, and control digital signage TV displays across multiple locations from a single, centralized system. It provides powerful remote management tools, supports a range of compatible devices, and offers ScreenCloud-powered hardware for TVs that don’t support the ScreenCloud app natively.
Centralized management across locations
ScreenCloud allows you to manage and update content across all your screens, no matter where they are in the world, as long as your displays and devices are online and have an internet connection. From your ScreenCloud Studio CMS, you can schedule, publish, and monitor content remotely, ensuring every location displays the right content at the right time.
With Spaces, you can organize your screens by teams, regions, or departments, keeping content management simple and secure. Channels let you group and schedule content playlists for specific screens or audiences, while Playlists make it easy to curate and control the sequence of your media. To make content creation and automation even easier, ScreenCloud offers a wide range of apps and integrations that connect seamlessly with your existing tools. Whether you want to display live dashboards, social media feeds, calendars, or custom web pages, ScreenCloud’s app library provides ready-to-use solutions for every communication need.

Compatibility and supported TVs and displays
ScreenCloud runs on a wide range of TV operating systems, including Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung Tizen and LG webOS Signage. You can find out which all-in-one display models are recommended here.
However, not all TV operating systems versions are compatible and able to run the ScreenCloud player app. Please pay close attention to the recommended models and minimum requirements listed for each OS in our help center before purchasing a new display for using with ScreenCloud.
If you already have a TV that does not support ScreenCloud natively, you can still connect it using ScreenCloud’s dedicated hardware devices!
PIXI – A plug-and-play digital signage player powered by Android, ideal for commercial environments.
Station P1 Pro – A high-performance device designed for enterprise-grade signage management, powered by ScreenCloud OS.
These hardware options ensure that any TV, regardless of brand or built-in OS, can run ScreenCloud reliably.
Remote screen management and maintenance
ScreenCloud’s Remote Device Management (RDM) and Screens Manager give teams complete control over their digital signage network from anywhere. Through an intuitive cloud-based dashboard, you can monitor device status, push updates, and manage what’s playing on every screen, whether it’s a single storefront or hundreds of locations worldwide. Real-time insights help you spot and resolve issues like offline screens or outdated content instantly, ensuring campaigns stay live and on brand.
With Screens Manager, your team can easily organize screens by region, store, or campaign, schedule content changes, and preview what’s playing, all without needing technical assistance. Together, RDM and Screens Manager empower your content creation teams to maintain consistent messaging, launch promotions faster, and keep every display running smoothly, maximizing impact while reducing manual effort.
