This article will go through the minimum requirements for hardware powered by BrightSign

BrightSign's digital signage media players are supported for use with ScreenCloud. Check out the minimum requirements and devices we do and do not recommend or support below.


Minimum requirements

  • BrightSign OS version 8 and higher

  • 8 GB of storage minimum (32 GB recommended)

  • Compatible with BrightSign Series 4, Series 5, and Series 6 devices

If your model is not listed but is part of Series 4, 5, or 6, update to the latest BrightSign OS 9.1.x before installing the ScreenCloud BrightSign Player
