BrightSign's digital signage media players are supported for use with ScreenCloud. Check out the minimum requirements and devices we do and do not recommend or support below.

• BrightSign OS version 8 or higher • 8 GB of storage or higher (32 GB recommended)

ScreenCloud BrightSign Player now works with BrightSign OS 9 for Series 4, Series 5, and Series 6 devices. ​ If your device model isn’t listed or is marked as not supported, but it belongs to Series 3, 4, 5, or 6, update it to the latest BrightSign OS 9.1.x and then use our player on that version. ​ Please check the supported models listed below.
