Troubleshooting

These troubleshooting steps can help resolve issues with your macOS device or display. We recommend that you try these steps before reaching out to support, to see if this might resolve your issue.

    1. Click anywhere with your mouse while on the ScreenCloud app.

    2. Visit the setting Clear Cache in the right-hand menu that appears.

    3. Select the Clear Cache button available here for the app.

  1. Power cycle the device: Turn it off for a few minutes and then power it back on again.

  2. Check for updates to the OS, and update it to the latest version.

  3. Ensure the device has a strong enough internet connection - You can check with SpeedTest and fix this with help from Apple's support.

  4. Delete and re-install the ScreenCloud app from the download page - Use Replace Device when you see a new pairing code to pair the same screen license.

  5. Delete unnecessary apps so that the device only runs for ScreenCloud.

  6. Perform a factory reset and install the ScreenCloud app from the download page - Use Replace Device when you see a new pairing code to pair the same screen license.
